I definitely prefer to schedule things in the morning, but even then, it doesn't feel as though I can make any other plans for the day. If I look at the things entered on my calendar for the week, my brain seems to process those upcoming days as already "full."
Oh my god. This so resonated. I’ve never been diagnosed ADHD and I honestly don’t think I am, but this is all very familiar and my dad was exactly the same way. I always marvel at the casual way my husband regards his schedule and I’ve always been very jealous.
I have the opposite. If I don't make any plans and have 'all the time in the world', I end up doing nothing. Plans work like deadlines, even though that doctor's appointment has nothing to do with cleaning the kitchen 🤣
