Create Your Flow State: An ADHD Worksheet
We made two versions. Tell us which one you'll actually use.
Getting into flow shouldn’t require another decision marathon. You know the drill: you finally sit down to tackle something important, then spend 20 minutes deciding which app to use, which playlist to queue up, and whether you should make another coffee first. By the time you’re “ready,” your focus window has already closed.
Today’s worksheet gives you the exact setup to slip into flow on purpose. You’ll map your personal focus triggers so you know what actually works for your brain, tune tasks to hit that challenge sweet spot where boredom and overwhelm don’t stand a chance, set mini goals and timers that create urgency without pressure, and build your distraction defense before distractions even show up. It’s designed for real life, not perfect conditions that never exist.
This worksheet goes along with our post on flow states.
Quick note: we need your input. For the first time at ADHD Weasel, we’ve worked with different designers to create worksheets. We really liked both designs but want to know which one actually works better for you. Skim through both versions below the paywall and vote for the one you like better or ended up using. Your vote helps us decide which designer to continue working with.
And if you have more detailed feedback, what would make either one even better, drop a comment or hit reply.
