That three-minute task you’ve been avoiding for two weeks. The email, the appointment, the form. You know you can do it because you’ve done harder things at 11pm the night before a deadline. The problem was never the task. The problem is your brain won’t start without a reason to feel urgency.

In this worksheet, you’ll map which tasks stall on a normal day, match each one to an urgency trigger your brain responds to, and build a specific plan to get one of them moving today.
