One size doesn't fit all, sadly. Though the part that I think everyone can take away is prioritizing sleep. No matter who you are your brain will work better.
This is incredibly validating. I can’t think of how many business ideas I’ve launched - only to forget about them two weeks later, when they’re not instant hits.
This is really useful, thank you. Since my ADHD diagnosis, I've managed to work some tips like these into my entrepreneurial lifestyle, but there are some extra gems here that will tweak and improve what I've already set up. Thanks!
This article drives me batty. The fact the JetBlue founder is mentioned even makes me more crazy. I cannot think about him or his ideas and his financial founders and everyone else who is there to wipe up his last spill of milk.
What about the everyday brilliant individual who is struggles with PDF’s, worksheets and GOALS- (a term I personally hate and sounds like a dreadful corporation….) The mere fact of using a worksheet???
I think the first suggestion about brain dumping on paper is a good one, but you lost me on the rest..

And burn out? We’re best friends.
Thank you for this 💕
